Staff was nice, we stayed 2 nights. No one came to clean room or leave clean towels. Room was ok. Wouldn't of been too bad if they didn't have Ria he's crawling around. Saw a few roaches in bathroom. Had one reach crawl next to me on wall by bed. They really to to exterminate.

Nastiest hotel on the face of the Earth

loud all night, water in bath won't shut off, gnats everywhere. I don't mean a few gnats, ALOT of gnats. coffee pot didn't work, room stunk of mildew. Just out right nasty. DO NOT Stay here

Roach infested

Room had a bad smell to it. Later in the night I was awakened by lots of roches on the floor and furniture. Packed right up and left.

When booking this trip the pictures of this property is much different than the actual appearance of the hotel. Rooms, amenities, etc all very different from initial description. There was roaches in our room (dead & alive). The bed was stained on both mattresses, toilet & shower not cleaned, and broken furniture throughout the room. It was a nightmare. The receptionist was 30 min late to open the lobby but was nice enough to refund our stay. Wouldn't recommend to a single person.

Only one elevator which smelled of urine, alcohol and smoke. Requested 1st floor for handicap which was not provided. 2nd floor room not near elevator. Disabled vehicles on property. Room had an odor and didn't appear sanitary. Nothing felt safe about the place and it wasn't clean.

Nothing at all... roches everywhere, we bough food and the toaster was fully of roaches, the coffe maker was dirty... not clean. We have been in a lot of hotels in US (cheap ones like this) and this is the worst by much.

I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I would also not recommend using a third party booking site like Expedia. We did not stay in this hotel for either of the two nights that we booked it for. It was disgusting. There were bugs on the walls, on the floor, and on the bed. Two bugs fell on my hand as I opened the door. We stayed at a different hotel. I have called Expedia and the hotel many times and they are not giving me a refund even though we did not stay either nights. I would not recommend this hotel or this booking website to anyone unless you want to be out $200 and have bugs crawling on you while you sleep.

There were a lot of bugs in my room. I mean, a lot. I came back late (around midnight) and my sheets were how I left them, which is fine, but it gave a chance for roaches and sliver fish to get into the tangled folds, instead of the made bed I walked into, only allowing said bugs to glance the top, making them far harder see and easier to scatter when the lights turned on. That’s right, this place was gross enough for me to consider which way the bugs could have been diverted from my sheets, as the bright side. Stay away.

Cockroaches, filth, and suspect people

Cockroaches everywhere. Why is hotels.com even allowing these roach motels on there site. This place was nasty. Cabinets didn’t close, everything filthy, cockroaches everywhere, bed had stains, police patrolling outside, crackheads live here and sit outside. Save yourself the money. Do not get a room here.

My room was infested with roaches, the air conditioner would randomly stop working correctly, and the smell of cigarettes would waft through the walls from the neighboring rooms. It was cheap and quiet but I won’t stay here again

The room was infested with cockroaches, the phone didn't work and two light fixtures had no light bulbs. The mattress was worn out and the bed covers included sheets with burn holes and a flimsy blanket. Also, they stagger the housekeeping schedule and the room was not cleaned daily. Very disappointing...

Wasn’t worth the little bit of money I saved

The first room they gave me the TV didn’t work the second room had a little bit of a musty smell to it not bad but still the bedsheets were old had like a little cotton balls like they were just worn out they need a new sheets the room was cool air condition worked real good the place was clean I kept getting like mosquito bites of my don’t know if they were I don’t think they were bedbugs but still something was biting me and not all the time but I was getting bit Nobody at the desk early in the morning
