「Room card key repeatedly did not work on exercise room. Wifi sign in and security issues and ended up not using at all. From second floor room only one emergency fire exit stairwell at one extreme end of building Good breakfast buffet. Excellent mexican/cajun restaurant next door. 」

「I got the room for two nights but the beds was to hard we check out early. I let the front desk know and all she could say was " well most people like hard beds" didnt try to make it rite just said its after check out so i got to charge you for a full day . The trash out side was over filled. Asked about the pool they said no cause something about the motor but the next day someone told us that there was clearer in the pool. I dont believe we will staying here again. 」

「all pretty great - there was some bansna peals out front door needed to be picked up, in toom 201 the shade above bed does not open , but other was great -it was quiet and cool - the ice machine had front removed needs to be fixed on 2 nd floor- i can not say enough about the front desk workers day and night - VERY professional! 」

「The motel just had a new manager.He is working very hard to make things better.Now the breakfast is free.The location is perfect for birding.I stayed for ten nights in April and had a good experience.」

「Old and out dated. Took a while for the staff to come to the front desk. The walls were paper thin. It’s right next to a freeway and so very noisy. 」

「I went there after reading the reviews, but it turned out that it wasn’t like that. The button for the elevator to the first floor didn’t work. The smell in the hotel is very strong. I won’t be back! Would not recommend to my friends!」

「Just not up to our needs. Rather stay at the other Hilton properties. We are treated better as members at the Home two suites than this facility. We get more for our money at the other Hilton properties. Won't do Garden Inn again.」

「The hotel was gross. Spider webs, discolored walls, stains on mattresses, mildew under the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, disgusting pool broken gym equipment. It was so horrible that I took photos. The only saving grace for the entire stay was the staff. They were incredible. They deserve to be in a hotel that matches their professionalism and welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, they work in a gross hotel. 」
