We had a horrible time checking in. Travelocity gave me their number but not my confirmation number. The young lady worked and worked trying to find us. Trying to get a phone number for Travelocity was ridiculous. BUT the young lady, I believe her name was Daniella or Danny was a HERO. She was not going to send us out in the rain. She found a number to Travelocity and SHE took care of us. She is a STAR EMPLOYEE and I hope there is someway she can be recognized for going WAY BEYOND her job and getting us a room.

This hotel smelled like mold and wet towels. The comforter had blood stains, and the shower faucet handle falls off, and controlling thebwater temperature wqs inconsistent. Water temperature fluctuates as if the parts in faucet aren't working. The bathroom faucet is so close to the edge, you can't place your hand under the stream of water properly. The rooms smell like mold and wet towels. Very humid room. The tv cable signal cuts out and changes channels on its own. Overall one of the worst places I've stayed ever!

I will not stay at Hampton again. Hotel staff was nice but didn’t take my complaint against someone playing loud music in the pool area seriously. I was told 9:30pm is quiet time. The music and noise didn’t stop until after 11pm.

My refrigerator was horrible and rusted inside there was stuff stuck in the top section of the refrigerator… My room smelled of mold or dampness…. Took pictures of the refrigerator to show when I checked out the person checked she indicated that she would give me a credit or points however, none of this has happened.

Eeeehhhh.

Location is wonderful. Safe! Walking distance to restaurants and movie theater. Pool and hot tub need some TLC. Our room needs an attention given deep cleaning. Breakfast was run of the mill and bland.

Gross hotel. Greeted by cigarette butts and garbage. Loud music. Lobby area was riddled with pizza boxes and guys walking around with beers. Room smelled musty and the air conditioner was noisy and old. If you want the Motel-6 experience, this is your place.
