「The only complaint I had was the downstairs convenience store to purchase snacks, sodas etc., was basically sold out for cokes, ice cream and other refrigerated items for the two days I stayed was never restocked or a delivery was never received. What items they did have were very expensive. We made a trip to a store outside the hotel and purchased what we needed; however, it would have been nice to not have had to go out and find a place to purchase them. 「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The kids’ playroom was a wonderful bonus—safe, clean, and full of fun activities that kept the children entertained. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!」

「This is always my go to hotel when visiting Galveston. All the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, clean and the breakfast is good too!! I've stayed here multiple times and it's always been great!」

「The room was clean. The staff was wonderful and very patient, parking was acceptable and seemed safe, and great air-conditioning. It may have been an issue of timing, but the continental breakfast seemed a little skimpy. PS doesn’t hurt to have the Waffle House within walking distance ha ha」

「We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.」
