「Beds were alittle hard. could use a mattress topper」

「The room was clean but the A/c was on the fritz it would either be extremely cold or extremely hot. The facilities were overall clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a wide selection of food for the kids and everything in the food section was clean.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「The property was close to the beach and Walmart and since we were there just to relax for the weekend it was a great location. The home was beautiful and comfortable for 2 couples to stay in without being in each other’s way. The view from the balcony was decent and you could see the ocean. 」

「I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful property for the price. Very clean and staff is amazing. Anything we needed (towels or wash cloths) we got immediately. The breakfast had a large selection but didn’t have a lot of flavor. One day was good for breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there is tons of activities ever hour for the kids. 10/10」

「Everything was great because you could just walk across the seawall to the beach, the air-conditioning was great, the beds were very comfy, and the breakfast was really good, also. Not really a bad thing, but check in time with one visible elevator he had to wait a little bit. But we found the back elevator and that helped. Overall, we had a great stay and time in Galveston! Thank you so much!」

「They gave us a handicap room the bed was very low ,it was very hard for my husband his a big man and the bed was almost on the floor we wanted a regular shower and it had a hadicap one the counter in the restroom was very small,we I talked to the manager to change our room because we didn’t reserve a handicap one they said they didn’t have no more rooms that they could only give us a partial refund 😡😡😡😡😡」
