"Roo was not clean, moldy bathroom. No breakfast even though it was to be complimentary. I received an email back saying it was do to many reservations, did not seem like there was too many people at the breakfast bar. "

"It was less than a mile walk to Pleasure Pier. Room was nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. The Balcony was huge and really enjoyable. "

"Great hotel but when I booked online, and paid in full, the resort wanted to charge me an extra $70 for SELF parking and resort fees. Sorry, but self parking should be free, and ALL fees should have been included in my online booking. It's a bit deceitful when I pay $500 online to then be charged more fees at the hotel at checkout. "Do not stay! Uncomfortable and was accused of walking too loudly disturbing people on the bottom. Well your floors are not the best floor to walk on so don’t accuse your guest as we just literally checked in. I would give no star if I could. "
