「The rooms were clean, but could stand some updating. For example the ac unit was very old and made a LOT of noise when running. It was so loud you could not have a conversation easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were excellent and there was bar service at the pool. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas were available.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「The location, size, and price were awesome for our family. The washer and dryer left alot to be desired. As a party of 7 who had been on the road for 2 days, I just wanted to wash clothes before we got on a ship for 7 days. My daughter's had to take turns throughout the night to get the loads washed and dried.」

「The room was not clean. Actual used/dirty bed lines on the bed. I immediately notified the front desk. After several hours, I was still awaiting service and took dirty linens to desk and requested clean ones. I had to remake bed myself. Management was notified of situation, and nothing was done. I was not given a clean room, or compensated on the one I was in. Very poor customer service. 」

「The hot tub had an odor. The property needs to be updated: paint, furniture stained or painted. Pool was great.」
