「Staff at check in was amazing, the bartender (Sonia) was great.
Something that stood out, it wasn’t crowded but a few people ordering food. Sonia was working bar, taking food orders and cooking. Not sure if this is normal or cook called out. The reception desk person that evening did not come over to help her but stood at desk and just wandered. 」
