"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. "The most recent reviews is what led me to book. The reviews from 2023 were not very favorable so apparently major overhaul of the rooms has been done. No clamoring smell was in our room. I like the fact that there isn’t any carpet! Bed was ok…not the best but not the worst either. I would stay here again. The price was excellent compared to where it’s located. Didn’t use any of the amenities because was simply there for an early medical appointment."

"Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service was very good too. Room we stayed in for 3 nights could use some attention to the shower door which was missing the water stop on the bottom. Other than that we had a comfortable stay while in town for medical reasons."

"This is not a typical hotel—it's a mixed-use building that includes apartments, hotel rooms, and shared office space. I think this should be disclosed more clearly before booking. That said, the building itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, and the city views were outstanding. Waking up to the morning sunrise over the skyline was a real highlight of the stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many places within easy walking distance, so you'll likely need a car or rideshare to get to most restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, it's a great property with excellent accommodations and views, but guests should be aware of the building's mixed-use nature and somewhat isolated location before booking."
