"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. "The view from our room was stunning. This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in Houston area. I am so impressed by the efforts put in to keep this facility so clean. The downside was having to go from 28th floor to the lobby to use the microwave oven. One on each floor could make a whole lot of difference. Above all, we had an excellent time in this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, but it was not explained that this was more of an actual living quarters than a hotel. There was no main service there was no one to bring you fresh towels or washcloths or even to take out your trash or come in to make your bed even at your request. I even threw my sheets outside my door on the third out of four nights and they took them but never brought clean ones back. I even went downstairs and requested new bedsheets I was told they would be up right away, and I stayed another night without sheets on my bed sleeping on top of the comforter."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was awesome to be able to walk to the Menil Collection. One of our favorite areas of Houston. The only thing that was odd, and a safety hazard was the shower. No door or curtain allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. We had to put towels down all over the floor."
