"We didn't use kitchen facility, room was very small. People sitting outside smoking, talking loud through the night, stayed for 1 night, however will not return."

The "store" for snacks was practically empty and was selling dollar store cookies. Our room was musty and smelled like pets, even though we didn't have a pet with us. I understand they are pet friendly, but we figured we would get a room that was not designed for pets. Breakfast was available, but the eggs were watery, the sausage was sitting in grease, and the other options were very limited. We were only there for 1 night to catch a cruise ship the next morning, but we wasted $240 in reward cash and paid another $50 on something that should only have been half that price per night. We have stayed in La Quinta's for many years in many states, and this one we were not impressed with. "

Sorry, but self parking should be free, and ALL fees should have been included in my online booking. It's a bit deceitful when I pay $500 online to then be charged more fees at the hotel at checkout.
