"If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed fine. Once we got checked in and up to our room, it was terrible. The room had a strange smell, there were two dirty (and I mean dirty) wash clothes hanging on the shower curtain rod. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, nor was the sink. The coffee pot in the room was disgusting. The air conditioner would not get below 74°. Luckily a cool front blew in and the weather did not get above 78° the weekend we were there. The "buffet" breakfast was NOT a thing. It was only cereal, waffles, and coffee. It was not ready by 7:00 a.m. on either day we were there. Not that it mattered to us because we didn't eat there. They only have one person working during every single shift. I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately I didn't think about taking pictures of all of these things, but I promise you this is a true review. "

"Parking during our cruise eas the best part of this stay, Definitely not worth the money! Very loud by the interstate, saw a big roach right before we left on the desk, Definitely will NOT stay there again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Friday through Sunday. We were there for Showtime Internationals Competition weekend. Moody Gardens was also hosting Ironman. There was plenty parking, everything was clean from lobby to poolside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lunch at the Cafe the food was amazing. We purchased tickets for the day pass for Moody Gardens attractions which is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable. Overall stay was great. We will be staying again in the future. "

"They give a room when we got there it wasnt ready so i had to come back to front desk and wait to get it clean also i booked for 4 person and the room had only 1 king bed, about the pool it was full then i had to pay for a cabans they charge $380 for for half day nothing inluided i did not mentioned i psy more than $800 a night for that room and it was just a simple room..that is crazy"

"Dirty, stains on carpet/walks, hair and crumbs in bed. Employee vaping in elevator. Breakfast buffet service bad, items running out, trash over flowing, tables not cleaned etc. Would never stay here again."

"The old guy at the front is horrible. Customer service is horrible. The restroom dirt dirt all around the toilet brown rust."

"Did not feel safe at all. The bathroom was moldy and the door to the room would not shut or lock. We did not stay there. The staff was very nice."
