"I went down for a wedding. I confirmed the room and let them know the bridal party, including me, would probably be returning later that evening after the wedding When we got to the hotel, they had given my room away. They offered to try to get me a room at another facility at 2am. The entire wedding party was staying together at this hotel and we were leaving at 6 o'clock in the morning from this hotel so that was not an option. We all had to cram in other rooms. I was not the only one in our party with an issue with a room that was given away. They even gave away the parents of the bride's room which was booked months and months in advance. The staff afterwards was able to get me a refund, but it did not help that evening. I was very upset because I was a woman alone. I feel like it was very professional "

"Staff was great. Rooms were decent. Bed sheets were stained and looked like they had not been changed. Shower was dirty. Had like boogers stuck on the shower walls along wity some other brown smudges of I don't know what it was. There were body hairs on the soap holder. It obviously looked like the shower was not cleaned either. I was really grossed out. The staff was nice but I will not be staying here again."

"Front desk daytime woman was awesome! Room was clean except the peanuts that were left on the floor from the previous guest. Breakfast was decent. Space was comfortable. Great place to stay the night before a cruise."

"The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The breakfast was good. Our only issue was that even though the check-in time is 4:00, our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30, and we had to wait until 5:00 for it to be ready."
