「Ideally location, quietly environment, friendly worker. Nice breakfast 」

「Very dated and run down. Room smelled very old and musky and didn’t seem really clean. We actually went and bought room spray. The paint was coming off the hand rails in the bathroom really bad. No water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was bad. Only eggs and waffles. Nothing else. Door keys worked part of the time. For the price we were expecting a much better stay. Won’t stay there again. For the price there’s a lot of other options that are cleaner and all around better. 」

「Music was playing from the hotel lobby until 2AM and we were on the 7th floor. We were unable to go to sleep because of this. I called the front desk and the staff said they had no control over the volume of the music for their guests.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice 」

「Hotel needs a good update. Don’t spend your money here. Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Paid $294 to stay at a hotel that wasn’t comfortable at all & was told the hot tub worked. Jets worked water was freezing.」
