The rooms are spacious, clean, and cool, and they have the best ‘continental’ breakfast we have experienced. The private parking lot was blocked off due to construction, but they provided close, easy parking in a public lot for the same fee.」

「The air-conditioning did not work in the room and despite multiple request from the staff to come and fix it, no one came into our room to fix the AC. We had two young kids in the room. We were just standing there walking around and the staff came up and made a complaint about it. Staff can come to tell us guitar kids to stop walking around, but they can’t come to fix our AC.」

「It's a very nice place. Our first time staying in a house with sharable living quarters. Getting in was a little complicated but it all worked out.」

「We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.」
