During my stay, I experienced one of my most stressful and frazzled moments due to a double booking issue. Louis went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through the steps to try to resolve the situation, and even offered me an upgrade to help make my stay more comfortable. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly made a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. "The hotel is in a great location right on the harbour promenade. We had a room facing the harbour with a lovely view. Breakfast is great with a good selection of local and international dishes. The pool looks good but it was raining and it was closed. The staff are very professional and attentive."
