"Parking lot is safe. Front desk staff is excellent as always! Especially a Young man on Monday, October 13. He was so helpful when a local restaurant delivery service, did not bring our drinks and plasticware so we can eat. The young man gave us some plastic wear and was very helpful and professional. Buffet breakfast is nice, love the green chili "

"very nice property with nice rooms. they should not advertise the property as “steps from the plaza” unless they mean 2,000 steps. it’s about 6/10 of a mile. not a bad walk, but not “steps” that’s misleading "

"Ben in the living room was awesome. One room of our two rooms was very spacious. The other room was nice but not large. Liked the heat lamp in the bathroom. Rooms have bathrobes and slippers. Nice living room adjacent to the lobby. Very nice shops. "

"The hotel seemed to be newly renovated. The room was clean, the parking was lit well. The office was in the middle of the hotel & a tall fence provided protection where people access their cars & register. The TV offered many good channels. This is the first hotel I've stayed at to serve 1/2 size breakfast burritos - more than enough. One will need to drive several miles to the Santa Fe Old Plaza. The only concerns I had were either a pillow or the bed top smelled of oily hair product. And, the sink faucet was hard to turn-on for water. The bathtub bottom at the back had a cracking noise when one stepped on it. These are minor things compared to the excellent room & hotel service one receives staying at Coyote South. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay there again! A satisfied customer! "
