「Pool was freezing and there was nowhere to sit. the space was so packed it felt like i was not getting what i paid for and that left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be staying there again. The price is just not worth it.」

「The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!」

「The room was not clean. For a 4 star hotel, you expect it to be well kept. I stayed here with my 2 kids and my daughter kept coughing all night long for both nights we were there. So I decided to look more closely at the room because of that and there was layers upon layers of dust in every corner and there was BLACK MOLD in the shower in multiple places!
