Taos Pueblo (or Pueblo de Taos) is an ancient Pueblo belonging to a Taos-speaking (Tiwa)Native American tribe of Puebloan people,. It lies about 1 mile (1.6 km) north of the modern city of Toas, New Mexico. The pueblos are considered to be one of the oldest continuously inhabited communities in the United States. This has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Pueblo Indian tradition say that their people have lived at the Taos Peublo site for more than a thousand years and do so today.

I had a wonderful stay and the most amazing facial at the spa! Property is beautiful and staff very helpful and accommodating. They provided a lovely dessert tray and bottle of wine for my birthday. If you're going to Taos, highly recommend staying here! My only complaint was that pool was closed ...

The property was about a 5 minute walk from Red River Ski area which was great!! Very convenient to the town, we could walk everywhere. Loved the hot tub! America’s 4th longest river, the Rio Grande, sits at the bottom of this 800-foot deep gorge, part of the Taos Plateau volcanic field in New Mexico. The magnificent view of this National Monument and the rift valley created some twenty-nine million years ago is courtesy of the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. Allow 20-30 minutes to check out the magnificent views as well as the state park adjacent to the bridge and gorge. There are no bridge tolls and no fees to enter the state park. It was all amazing.
