The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. There’s a convenient area in the front offering coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We stayed in a suite, which didn’t quite match the photos online. The room ...

Bed in loft was very comfortable. Sleeper sofa was awful. Location of TV was awkward and because of size almost unwatchable. We were there for a bike ride so it wasn’t a big deal. We love the town, restaurants and shops. A very walkable community as well as beautiful.
