"Loved the decor, the gym was equipped, the pool was great and always clean . Bug free hotel , ac worked and the bed was soft and comfortable. Will stay again The bunny rabbit that came to pool wasa nice touch to our first night. "

"Our 4 bedroom villa was everything and more. Fully stocked kitchen with full bbq tools. Super clean. The chair in the living room had vacuum lines. Which I love to see. Staff was beyond helpful. Everyone always said hello and smiled. We booked food, goceries and uber right to our front door. Would stay again for sure. "

"Horrible customer support / representative they hang up as soon as you asked for a representative / disgusting room"

"Internet was fairly good, not its best. Front desk staff is exceptional, but housekeeping staff no one speaks english or understand when asking question."

"You get what you pay for the outside looked abandoned. He was sitting outside, smoking all in the stairway and then nowhere. Did it say anything about a $50 holding fee that you had to pay cash only will never stay here again"

"My family got bedbug bites… broken foundation on bed. Dirty carpets, low on towels etc. bathroom door broken. We had to be switched to 3 rooms. Because of the conditions. Staff worked with us but they-just work there. The rooms are not all up to par. "
