Afuera está bien pero el cuarto estaba terriblemente sucio. La alfombra estaba toda mancha, el toilet estaba orinado y con cabellos humano. Habían cucarachas. El personal muy amable pero la habitación parecía sacado de una película de terror.

I arrived at night and could see that there were unsavory people hanging out around the hotel. The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. The whole hotel smelled like meth and cat piss. The room didn’t have any towels. Had to wait to get towels after they washed some in the morning. The drawers were broken and or missing. The curtains were broken. There was literal dog/other feces in the hallway. I paid way too much to stay at this hotel.

It was a muffin and a diluted coffee. It should not be called breakfast. Photos seen on Expedia do not realistically represent the property which is fitly.

The room was not clean. The floor in the kitchenette was sticky on the bottom of shoes, the carpet looked as if animals used it as a toilet and it was not cleaned properly. Parts of the flooring and wall plaster was missing. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and sink area. The bath tub looked like it had been painted abd the paint was peeling off the sids and cracked on the bottom. The fridge looked like it had leaked at some point. The dishwasher was dirty looking and all dinged up on the front. There was parts if the counter top missing. The front door did not seal all the way around it so you could see into the hallway. The elevator look to have had an electrical fire at some poit cause the buttons were melted. The loby was by far the cleanest part of this place. I would not recommend this place or stay here again as i was afraid of bringing bugs home or getting my room broken into. I know it was an extended stay hotel but it seemed to have families living there. This whole place gave my husband and I bad vibes. We were both nervous and afraid to even sleep on the bed. We couldn't switch rooms as they were sold out for the night we were there.

This hotel is downright disgusting. Bugs and cockroaches all over. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way due to be broken. The cabinets were missing, the couch had rips in it. WOULD NOT STAY HERE!

My family got bedbug bites… broken foundation on bed. Dirty carpets, low on towels etc. bathroom door broken. We had to be switched to 3 rooms. Because of the conditions. Staff worked with us but they-just work there. The rooms are not all up to par.

I am giving them a bad review because when I arrived at 11:00 PM, they told me I didn't have a room because they were overbooked. And when I started asking questions, they told me they had nothing to discuss. And when I called Expedia, they almost didn't refund the money I had paid... It was a real struggle to get it back.

Everything was just horrible . The wait for the key at check was ridiculous. Almost a hour in the lobby waiting with no explanation to what was going on until we asked . Next the hallways smelled like pee & smoke ! To ppl who don’t smoke and the fact this was suppose to be a non smoking hotel HORRIBLE . The TVs in the hotel room didn’t have no remotes to even turn them on or change ! Housekeeping didn’t come around to the rooms at all !! The dresser in living room area was broke ! Stove broke . I will never stay at this hotel ever again . First time & horrible experience. They were understaffed . I felt bad for the workers tbh ! Just horrible though.

There is a Walgreens nearby that is walking distance. The staff was very nice. However the bathroom wasn't that clean there was hair on the bathtub and on the floor. The floor was dirty and sticky. I trusted to sleep in the bed it wasn't that dirty. But I didn't want to rate average because the average hotel is not dirty like that. However the price was good for what I needed it to be for quick business overnight trip
