「Smell disgusting」

「First room we were put in was infested with roaches and walls stained with cigarette smoke resin. Next room was still not very clean but it was definetly better. 1 pillow on the bed. Shower and bathroom were really gross」

「Oh my god, the place reeked of pee smell!，Like really strong，And cockroaches everywhere，When I flipped the blanket—boom，a freakin' roach was just lying there，So disgusting，Never ever going back there again， Not in a million years。。」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「There is no soundproofing in the room, and throughout the night we hear loud TV noise from the next room, which makes it impossible for us to sleep. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who needs a quiet room. This issue needs immediate attention.」
