"This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends."

"Room is clean, gym is spacious with sufficient equipment to use. However, treadmill was quite wonky which can be dangerous. Will be good for staff to take a look at the treadmill and have regular maintenance. Buffet spread was good but could have more varieties.
