Wonderful stay at Z Hotel

Clean room. Many shops nearby. no service staff after office hours. Pillows hard. Porter uncle very smiley and helpful. Front staff should be more friendlier.

Family Room is spacious with 1 double & 1 single bed. Location is walking distance to CIQ, shopping malls and many eateries. No towels and only 1 set of shampoo & bath gel for 3 pax when we checked in. So we have to request for them.

Clean and Comfortable

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Well located within walking distance to the famous Hiap Joo Bakery and City Square Mall. Car park is accessible by room card which give you some security comfort.

Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔

This was my first time staying in Z-Hotel. You will feel safe with their CCTV and need card to excess in the lift. The staffs are extremely Friendly with smiling face. If you need supper just next to it. There are few coffee shops serving nice foods. Hotel room are spacious with nice aircon. Will be back here again.

This hotel was near the night market which was great. My friend and I both had itchy skin though, not sure if because bed linen wasn't clean. Our floor was supposed to be a non-smoking floor but in the morning, we could smell tobacco drifting in from the doorway area. Overall comfortable and satisfactory stay.

A nice short stay for the night

The location was just 5mins away from City Square Mall and checking in was a breeze. Security was was good. You need a card to enter the hotel as well as activate the lift. I saw the staff cleaning the lift twice on 2 days I was there. I had a free upgrade and the room was very big. The aircon and ceiling fan help cool the room down. The wifi was strong and everything worked. The towels were clean. The bathroom was a little worn down but was generally clean. I would stay again if I was there
