Just coordinate with Jacky via whatsapp before arriving and he will get everything sorted for you and guests. 5 individual rooms, each capable of sleeping 3-4 peeps (maybe even more), with their own ensuite bathrooms (no rushing and fighting!), this is separated from another individual room which is much bigger and can sleep another 6! 「We had a family get together and this place provided us with the required space, bedrooms and parking for two cars under one roof. Beds were comfortable and clean. Don't expect anything fancy - you get very basic furniture and amenities but is better maintained than other typical houses on Air BnB. Location was very good with AEON mall within 2-3 minutes drive and plenty of restaurants and basic stores nearby. Will be good if they add a microwave, crockery and cutlery in the kitchen.
