「I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc.) and the view was of part of the lagoon, lots of palm trees, the back of property pool (quieter) and the Flow Rider surfing machine, which operates on limited hours. Breakfast buffet was pretty epic, fairly priced, and with broad enough hours that you could get away with only...

「The staff were great. All with good attitude. Always willing to help. I wish the hotel had more availability for people with disabilities, for example ramps. 」
