Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size, good location property doesn’t make sence ,food was mediocre,ala cart no thank you , no night entertainment, vendors all.over the pool area wasn't very relaxing when the came ever minute from early morning to night ! If you are looking for a budget hotel and eat out most nights or enjoying the PV night life good place to sleep .

resort was clean and accessible easy to navigate, however when the disruption occoured it took less than a day to run out of ice lime and spiced rum, followed by 4 of 5 restaurants closing from staff and food supply shortages due to not getting deliveries or anyone being able to move around for 2 days, then after flights where cancelled they doubled their room rates and show 0 gf s and no compation....one of my poorest experiences ever

Ocean was visible and it was beautiful. The view was unmatched as we had full perspective of the ocean and sunset every night. Construction next door as a new building is being built. Also other construction happening on the other side of property, the finishings of a condo. Upsetting we paid them out that we did with the construction, but being that Mexico is always being renovated. It wasn’t a surprise, and the noise was easy to drown out with the atmosphere of ocean and party. Room was always clean however sometimes our room was cleaned later in the day, but staff were always nice and cleaned very quickly if we wanted to be in the room.

We had a mountain view, which was really a view of the street and neighborhoods on the back side of the resort, we asked for an upgrade but were unable to make a switch. We found the restaurant explanations misleading and the days and times of operation were not consistent with the signage. The food was okay, and had the same options over and over. We were also there during the shut down and received no communication from the resort and when we asked questions received no information. The resort was clean and the staff were friendly.

The first couple of days of staying here were quite good, there were no major negatives, the food is not the worst but there are questions, the beaches are incredibly wonderful, the location and service are also good. Now to the negatives, there are only two elevators and this is a very long waiting time when using them, if you live on the higher floors, be prepared for the elevator to stop on every floor, sometimes it may even miss your floor for incomprehensible reasons, then the front desk works very slowly, out of 5 people only 2 perform work, what function the other 3 have is not clear, this leads to very long queues. In the last days of my stay, the city was in the red zone, the hotel lowered prices and even allowed the staff to live in the hotel (this is a big plus), but then raised prices much higher than normal and people who were forced to stay because the planes were not flying, were forced to take a couple more days at inflated prices, that is, the hotel was not included in the situation and on the contrary took advantage of it, overall the experience is very mixed

Over an hour to check in, rooms only had bath towels, no hand or face towels. Main pool had brown sludge floating in it. People were smoking in the lounge chairs by the bar at the main pool, the food was cold at the buffets breakfast & dinner. The rooms were cleaned about 4-5 pm & one day not at all. Service was mediocre at best

Absolutely the worst resort I’ve ever stayed in Puerto Vallarta! Disgusting food , Horrible bar hours, no room service, they only have 2 small pools with no service and only 1 pool bar. Each morning they were completely out of lounge chairs. We were there 5 days and not once was able to sit ANYWHERE!!! I had to beg for bottles of water. No shuttle service. NEVER AGAIN!!! Try Buenaventura grande or Fiesta Americans for a true all inclusive resort experience.

Waited in line for about a half hour to start check in. Was told to come back at 2 to see if keys were ready. Stood in line another half hour and not ready come back after 3. Stood in line for an hour, finally got our keys, find our room, walk inside and it has not been cleaned! Back down to the lobby, get a different room now with 2 doubles instead of a king. Could not be bothered to go back again. Thank goodness it was only one night

Food selection was poor at best. The Asian restaurant had very few items and was worse than the buffet. The Buffet was the same food basically every day. Unsweet iced tea is impossible to find. Even though the resort is all inclusive we left daily to get food and drinks. We believe the alcohol is watered down as after a full day you never feel a buzz and very little was ever used. If you don't get the all inclusive option the not so great buffet costs 430 pesos = 25 USD per person (Extreme) Upon leaving after tipping the bell man we didn't feel it was enough and demanded more from out taxi driver as we were departing and shook him down for another 50 pesos (Really!!!) It's all inclusive. One of our cell phones was pick pocketed at Marina Vallarta and no one at the hotel could get us an outside line to the US to contact our carrier and we were lucky enough to meet a nice couple that let us borrow a cell phone. Also the water stunk so be advised when you get there you only get 2 bottles of water to drink and brush teeth daily, we went and bought our own. The adults only pool isn't adults only as people brought their kids there anyway.

When we got into our room the safe was not working & the bathroom sink was plugged. But a call to maintenance & the guy fixed it up right away. Sadly, I feel that should be done before guests arrive. We also did not have face cloths or a hand towel during the stay. Although the food was good, it was the same the whole stay. Staff always friendly.
