"I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied. The staff is very friendly, our cleaning lady was cleaning the room thoroughly and making the bed every day, she was also always changing out our bath and beach towels every other day. The only downside is that it’s not very nicely placed in Tulum, it is deep in La Veleta so the roads aren’t finished and taxis charge extra fees because of it. Also, there’s little to no service around Trece Lunas so if you pay the taxi with card, pay in advance during the ride. At the end of our 10 days stay we decided to rent a car. I recommend you either rent a car, a scooter or an ATV to be able to explore easily. Otherwise, it’s located at a ~15 min walks from Calle 7 where there’s a lot of restaurants, cafés, etc. There’s also no microwave and the bed was a little firm for my liking, but I still slept very good. "
"The place was clean and convenient, with a washer and dryer. The pool stayed clean, and they were quick to respond to my issue. Overall, it was a great place that was well-maintained. "
"It was everything I hoped for for my stay in Tulum. The property manager, Ehsan and the security man Andreas were always available for whatever I needed. The place is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. Location is really good. The only thing I’ll say you will need a scooter or a car I didn’t have either and the roads around here is not very easy to walk around or find directions. I have a phone from UK and I had no coverage as soon as I left the property. Other than that, everything is excellent. I would definitely come back and stay here. "
"Amazing experience and and even more amazing staff! Love the entire team at Trobbu ! They gave the secret recipe for the best vacation ever! Will be back again "
