I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. Shortly after accessing the unit, we discovered a severe pest infestation, including both bed bugs and cockroaches. Due to these unhygienic and unsafe conditions, staying there was completely impossible. We immediately reached out to the host/property management through the Expedia app and by phone to report the issue. After receiving no immediate resolution, we had no choice but to check out and leave. To make matters worse, they refused to approve a refund despite failing to provide a clean and safe environment. Expedia’s support only offered a minimal $50 credit, which is completely unacceptable for a major health hazard. Save yourself the headache and health risks—do not book this property.

Excelente propiedad, perfectamente limpia, tranquila y recién remodelada. Tuve un inconveniente mínimo con el microondas y me dieron un upgrade a un departamento con terraza y alberca.
