「Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check...

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「Anniversary get away, couldn't have picked a better hotel, top notch. Great view of the Tyne and 2 of the 7 bridges, had dinner both nights and thoroughly enjoyed them. Hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Like Newcastle and didn't feel strange. 」
