「The hotel has a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine but some of the surfaces were quite dusty. There could have been more hangers in the wardrobe. Just small things and would definitely return.」

「Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.」

「Quiet location. Near retail park with cinema and food outlets. Useful as no meal available on Sunday night. Swimming pool and jacuzzi etc OK but very hot and changing room like a sauna. Bed very comfortable. Clean and lots of parking. Standard Holiday Inn.」

「Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.」

「Lights tripped twice on arrival, fan in bathroom very noisy. Lack of power points by bed. Didn’t replenish any tea, milk or toilet rolls. Windows didn’t open or close properly which meant you could hear everything on the street. Location excellent, very good shower and nice big room. Hallway smells divine. 」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

「It's a fantastic place to stay, but the wallpaper which is fab could do with glueing down in the room we stayed in 132. Also herb sausage is not breakfast sausage, maybe do just pork or beef sausage. Everything else was fantastic lovely stay.」
