「I had a very disappointing stay at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino (Caoba Lagoon area). When I arrived, my room was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. It was not the welcome I expected. The food was terrible, with poor quality and very few options that were enjoyable. The drinks were also disappointing and lacked quality. The customer service was one of the biggest issues. Whenever I asked the staff a question, they either didn’t know the answer or were unable to...

「Clean and beautiful resort. Food was good. Latenight room service was quick. A lot of the staff didn’t speak English which was kinda frustrating….and My main complaint was After being at the night club an hour and laying on a cabanna…2 staff members came and ask for my cooperation in asking my wife to leave…they said guest were complaining about her attire and that it was too revealing…this was VERY disappointing to us and Probly ruined our entire trip.」
