"Carmen and her family showed kindness and excellence in hospitality. I was welcomed with fresh fruit and a cold beverage, followed by a quick walk around the place, which made me feel right at home. The view from the rooftop balcony was lovely, and the neighborhood setting was quite and restful after an active day visiting the historical sites and beaches. "This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"
