Overpriced, strange noise buzzing throughout the whole hotel, staff was not friendly.
Breakfast was decent, beds were clean and mostly comfortable, and shower was hot. Plaza Las Americas with restaurants nearby.
It was nice clean rooms they aren’t all updated and nice as in the pictures but still service was great! If looking for a room with a mini fridge you will only get that here if you get the suite. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay due to personal reasons. Also some lower level floors you will hear lots of noise from either luggage being rolled around most of the night, or if near a balcony the noise of someone dragging the chairs and tables at night. Plus side you have the big mall across the street with restaurant area.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Serves a purpose but that’s about it.
I needed a last minute room in Cancun. This hotel is basic and a bit dated, but room was clean , good A/C, WiFi and hot water.
Breakfast is average, items not replenished that often and limited choice.
Nevertheless, good value for the money and there is a large shopping mall opposite with extensive food outlets.

I really liked how housekeeping cleaned the whole room every day. You don’t get that in the United States not even in more expensive hotels nowadays, their rooms are simple. There is no microwave or fridge. The breakfast staff and the size of the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed with guests most mornings so expect to stand in line and to wait for food to be replaced. They serve what I assume is Mexican breakfast . There is eggs, mole ham and cheese, yogurt, jelly bread, and pastries, as well as tea and coffee. The hotel is walking distance to the mall which we really really enjoyed.
Stuffy. Doesn't smell good. No shuttle service, which I asked for, specifically. First I was told, yes, he will arrange for shuttle. Then, no, because of so.e federal legislation/highway something something. Terrible terrible experience.
