「We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. 「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The room was spacious, with a splendid sea view, but everything was rather old - old furniture with defects, entrance door was shaking, some defects on the walls also (painting coming off in some areas). The bathroom is open (no main door), only a glass door to the toilet. Breakfast was good and varied, gym was good but old equipment. 」

「Schönes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser, jedoch war es ungewöhnlich, durchs Badezimmer ins Zimmer zu gehen, alles dadurch sehr hellhörig im Zimmer. Fassade aussen zum Wasser könnten mal überarbeitet werden. Frühstück sehr gut, nur der Kaffee/Capu ist gruselig und der frische Orangensaft fehlt. Abendessen Buffet soweit gut, Vorspeisenvarianten mit Fisch nicht vorhanden. schade.」

「This was our sixth stay at Costa Azul. That probably says it all! The location is excellent, the breakfasts are wonderful with so much to choose from, the staff in the restaurant and at reception are unfailingly cheerful and helpful, and the bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. It is a 30 minute stroll to Passeig Born along the waterfront for us (in our late 70s). We love it.」
