"very very friendly & helpful staff !!!! hotel is a bit older, but they renovated a lot and my seaside room had a certain kind of nostalgic & new interior atmosphere. the terrace is very roomy, restaurant next building has live music every nigh - lovely live band - not too loud. seaside view is not really given , building is not frontrow and it can be a bit noisy if u sit on the terrace. ur sleep won’t get disturbed by the surroundings ! "This place was in a town that I learned was also known as “Little Germany.” We had a packed agenda throughout Mallorca so we didn’t get to explore the amenities of this hotel as much but it was a place for us to lay our heads. If you are looking for a hotel to lounge and relax this may be the place for you! They had two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. Very kid friendly with billiard table, air hockey & board games. Plenty of gathering space and meeting rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. We were looking forward to what we thought was the fitness center and spa, unfortunately the fitness center only had 4 machines and the spa was under maintenance. The only meals served were buffet style breakfast & dinner so we ate out during our stay here."
