"I stayed Friday- Monday.The breakfast buffet has options for everyone. There is not a microwave in the room and they will only provide one for $20. I personally was not paying $20 to warm up my food. Staff was very nice and informative upon arrival. "

"Within walking distance of Chinatown, I would suggest parking under the hotel and walking/getting rides everywhere. Parking at hotel is +$65 per day, but that’s just how SF is. Clean and well appointed room with a great view of Coit Tower. The adjoining city park has homeless people and smells of urine. Everything else nearby was pretty clean. "

"Nice area and hotel has lovely charm to it. Large room at front but faces onto traffic/team line and windows are very thin and both those and the blackout blinds could do with being updated - ask from a room at the rear of hotel for a better sleep! "

"The staff was friendly when I arrived and left, though I didn't have a use for their services. The room was quite, and clean which is all I really needed. Keep in mind that the room is small, if room size is important to you, this may not be for you, I took the room with the two double beds. The bathroom had a small step to it. Overall it was great and the negatives are nitpicky."
