The service and staff were amazing. We were upgraded in our room so we could have a view of the bay. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable.

Mark Hopkins was the hotel that I stayed on my first visit to San Francisco over 35 years ago. The hotel has maintained its good services. My only complaint is the elevator wait could be very long specially when they were groups of people going to Top of the Mark.

This is a beautiful, historic hotel! A great and convenient location, with cable cars nearby. The room was lovely and we had an amazing view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the views and ambience at the Top of the Mark! It’s a wonderful hotel overall and a real part of San Francisco’s history.

Located on beautiful Nob Hill next to the cathedral and park. Cable cars available outside. Drinks at the Mark top floor provide a wonderful view of the city.

This Hotel is a historic beauty, iconic of the making of San Francisco. Their Top of the Mark is one of SF's wonders. They upgraded me to a suite for free. I was very happy staying at the Mark Hopkins and will be coming back.
