「Nice property brand new. Great pool and pool area.」

「very good！」

「Good」

「We were very comfortable. Bed, pillows and linens were great! Hot and roomy shower. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff were superb in their help and were very welcoming throughout our stay. Our dog did well & the staff gave him treats. I think he wanted to stay longer. Definitely would return.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Everything was great, just one thing to note is their dryer doesn’t fully dry clothes on one cycle.」

「1. The water pressure is low and hence we are not enjoying the hot bath after a full day of outings. 2. For the breakfast, there are no more protein things except the "cool" boiled eggs and breakfast experience is not good. If the boiled eggs are warm., it will be much more better.」

「Highly recommended. The guest room facilities here are excellent — easily one of the best value-for-money options in the area. What really stands out is the crew members, who make you feel truly at home. For guests who have just arrived, this warmth makes the experience especially comforting. Special thanks to the front desk team, Sean and Dex, for their kindness and professionalism.」

「Over priced. The parking charge is high. The shower is weak. 」

「My stay was great. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location made everything easy, with plenty of restaurants and spots within walking distance and the French Quarter just a short stroll away. I never needed a car or rideshare. Would stay again on my next trip to New Orleans.」
