「We loved the room; it was ocean view and had a nice balcony on the 4th floor. It took me about 4 coffee pods to figure out how to work the coffee maker; I asked the front desk and they said 'it's just like a Keurig' .... which I do not own. Coffee is very important to me! 「This was a great place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The maid did not make our beds one morning and just piled the towels on the counter. That was not a big deal, but still. Need more help maybe? I did see one bug in the bathroom. If I saw another one, I would have called. The room itself was good. The bathroom needed to be updated.
