「The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

While it can be switched to English display, it may not be fully comprehensive. Notably, the service contact app is exclusively in Korean, making phone or email more convenient for English communication. Service requests are responded to promptly. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Haeundae.」
