"Out of our two week trip, best stop. Close to Yosemite, most scenic and beautiful stay. Little babbling brook, super safe for kids to play in. Favorite spot on a two week trip, and we stopped different place nightly. "
"Friendliest staff I’ve run into at a hotel in ages! Easy to walk to the main drag in Bridgeport and right on the road to Twin Lakes. Easy access to two gas stations as well. Would definitely stay here again should the chance come up. "
"The owner checked us in and told us of some awesome local hot springs to check out. He also pointed us to the best food choices in town. The rooms were restored nicely, very spacious, and clean. The owner even gave us a little tour and talked about some of the building’s history. Very much enjoyed the communal espresso machine, fridge, and back porch. A nice relaxing stop!"

Wish they had more dining options, but we enjoy the Rhino Bar and Grill whenever we come to Bridgeport.

Excellent
We ate at Rhino's. I don't think it had great curb appeal, and it smelled a bit musty when we went in BUT the service & food was excellent. I had a bison burger, the husband had the wings. Bridgeport Inn-had diners but we found no wait staff & left.

"Gladis was very nice during check in. Even made sure we knew what time sunrise over Mono lake was which I thought was very thoughtful. The entire place was very clean and had so much charm! "

"We had two small children with us so we chose the motel style room, and used the picnic table area to set up our camp stove for dinner and breakfast. The camp kitchen also had a microwave which was very handy!
Upon arrival, we got a welcome bag with a smores kit and fish food for the trout tanks. At first I thought the room was pricey but then I realized what it’s worth - watching my kids giggle while the fed the fish, making smores next to the ricer and then getting our feet wet, playing lawn games for hours! It was so much more than just a place to spend the night, it was a place to just be. "
