We loved staying here! Loved the creek & fire pit & they gave us everything we needed to make smores. The restaurant on site had delicious food so we ate dinner & breakfast there. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

Out of our two week trip, best stop. Close to Yosemite, most scenic and beautiful stay. Little babbling brook, super safe for kids to play in. Favorite spot on a two week trip, and we stopped different place nightly.

Cozy romantic place

It is the third time we stay there. Each time even better. I love this cozy western vibe of the place. Staff is very friendly and efficient as well. Sitting outside with a blanket in front of the fire place watching the creek in front of us at night was the highlight of the trip.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are small but comfortable and ours included a couch. The “back yard” has wonderful Adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit and a two-person bench swing, and in the evening many lights came on. The nearby creek was flowing and sounded sweet. We also got a welcome bag with fun goodies. Dinner was very satisfying and the service is top tier. We will be back!

This is an unsung gem in the Eastern Sierras, and my go-to stopover for Mammoth ski trips or whenever I travel on 395. Impeccable hospitality, thoughtful details (like providing fish food for you!), majestic surroundings (you hear the rushing water of the creek from your doorstep) & unbeatable value for money make this a prime choice for nearby sightseeing and outdoor activities. Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here from 8/5/25 11pm- 8/7/25 11am. Not only was it a beautiful area to stay with their cabin like and wagon rooms but the scenery was great. There was a creek you could do a bonfire by, just as many around the “settlement”. They also had areas for you to just sit and eat and barbecue and one area where you could play games like: jenga, and others. In this area there was also a fish tank with trout, the place gives you a little bag to feed them. The employees and owner were amazing not only with us but I saw it with everyone. Kept asking if we were finding everything ok, very helpful and welcoming. They also have a restaurant in there which serves all breakfast, lunch and dinner at their designated times in case you don’t want to travel far for food and stay there. The food was great. We enjoyed their breakfast at one point and dinner. The host and servers here were also amazing. Kept checking in on us and just went above and beyond. I truly loved this place along my husband and kiddos. We have already made plans to stay here again once Yosemite has water in the waterfalls, as we came when things were dry lol. Definitely recommend!!

They have a camping kitchen that they open early and close at 10pm I believe. You can make coffee, microwave food, wash your dishes and use the fridge.
