「房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。」

「We had no wifi at all .no blind at well overlooked by people having coffee at open doors on raised level opp room 206 no privacy . Bath taps didnt work towels looked grey not white Heating didnt work when we arrived lift broken for years as other guests told us too .No tissues in bathroom very poor restaurant set in beautiful grounds but not a good experience sadly 」

「A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the golf course. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. (Just one gripe; there was only one biscuit provided... in a room for two? We stayed for two nights and on both days only one biscuit was provided...strange, but true). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「We didn’t use the amenities as we just needed a bed for the night and quick check-in and getaway. Location was great for us, close to a relative we were picking up before heading out to Manchester airport. We enjoyed chatting in (rusty) German with the friendly lady on the front desk. Forgot her name unfortunately. Would definitely use the hotel again and will recommend to other visitors coming to the area from overseas.」

「A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing....
