「On entrance to the hotel it was beautiful, welcoming airy feel with a nice bar/restaurant. However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you. We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, and the housekeeping had window shut & no fan. It was a wall of heat. We didnt sleep for even an hour the whole night. The bathroom was awful,...

「The location and grounds of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rita’s. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was above average. My husband loved the set up and the place looked clean, We would definitely stay here again.」

「I booked a standard ensuite double room but upgraded to the Tudor Suite. I chose this hotel because it is hundreds of years old, which is something we don’t get to experience much in the USA!
