Took my mum for her 50th birthday and we were both thoroughly impressed, amazing value for money. As I’m only just 18 this was my first time at a spa and I thought it was just perfect. We got dinner in our package which was just amazing quality, same goes for breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room and spa were beautiful. 100% recommend

The Spa facilities are amazing. The food produced in the Orangery is of fantastic quality and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did find a couple of unexpected problems for a 4 star SPA hotel. We had a 4 poster framed bed which had dust on the top of the framework. There was dust on the top of a picture in our room. The toilet brush had faeces on it! Whilst waiting to leave the orangery (restaurant) on our final night we noticed that the wine fridge at the entrance was thick with dust on the top.

The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. A member of staff commented that they had been stung on numerous occasions whilst working on the outdoor bar - this is something I’d expect from a 3-star hotel in Majorca, not a 5-star luxury and expensive experience like Ribby Hall Spa. My partner is allergic to wasps and it did affect our experience, to the point I commented on it to a couple of staff members on the outdoor bar on both days. The other problem was service related in the Orangery. First I’ll say the food was amazing, very tasty and definitely of the standard we would expect. However the service at breakfast and at dinner is too slow. You find yourself waiting such a long time to be served, whether that is for drinks or desserts. Both evenings we wanted to stay for a drink and dessert after tea but it took so long for anyone to come round that after around 20 minutes we just left, this happened on both evenings and definitely soured our experience. As I said, it is an incredible experience but definitely room for improvement.

Huge comfortable bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with separate bath plus a walk in shower. We booked the spa, dinner, bed & breakfast break - the spa was nice but the water in the outdoor pools was too cold.
