Staff friendly, Room was ok however there were some huge cobwebs that looked like they’d been there a while, and a thick build up of dust on extraction fan in bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t turn up till very late in the afternoon so room wasn’t done when we’d arrive back after being out. Breakfast was basic but nice

The room was clean and warm, and looked like it may have been refurbished in the last year or so. It was ideal for our weekend break. The only downside were that the floors on level 1 could be quite spongy and uneven, and that the bathroom could have done with a shelf to put toiletries on. Neither of them were a showstopper, and we had a great time.

Beds were really comfy and the blackout curtains worked a treat Breakfast selection was good and the cooked breakfast was a good quality The tram stop was a short walk away to get into the main area Quiet area so good for families to stay at
