Cliffs Hotel - Blackpool

"Lovely hotel, great location. Limited free parking, we had to pay for parking on a near by car park. The door to the hotel was broken at the entrance, and the revolving door was also broken. Check in was simple, but lacked information, had to ask several questions. Rooms didn't have any information in either. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. Heidi was our waitress and such a character for both evening meal and breakfast. She made light conversation and joked with me about my love of the ham, that had been on the buffet. We didn't have the main meal as we had plenty of choice from the delicious starters and desserts. The pool was clean and a lovely addition to the hotel facilities. Lift was great for the higher floors, after a day walking. The night staff on the front desk went above and beyond, I didn't catch his name but I asked if I was safe stepping outside late at night. I would of like a few additional tea bags in the room upon arrival, but I enquired at the front desk and was offered more. I will be coming back to this hotel, value for money was great."
