"My stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel was charming and provided everything I needed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable and quiet. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Blackpool. It's far enough up the Prom to be quiet, but the tram stops right across the road which is very convenient for getting down to the piers and Pleasure Beach. The view of the sea was also nice, and so was the breakfast and dinner. All round a lovey stay"

"I have been going to this hotel for quite a few years now but this time there were a few issues with our room. Firstly the bathroom door handle was hanging off and very sharp in parts. We did not want to lock it in case we got stuck in. Secondly the bathrooms seemed to have a lot of flies / mosquitos. I have not experienced this here before but thought was worth mentioning"
