"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I thought i had booked a luxury apartment for myself and grandchildren. What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows..
