The room was too hot. Big hot pipe running through it. Windows open but still too hot. Toilet very noisy and bath needs re enamelling. Breakfast was good.

Room was awful. Huge rolled cobwebs around ceiling. Hotel information covered in stains and food debris. Window sils dirty with black and mus shaped due to water damage. Bathroom freezing as dbl glazed window is broken and doesnt vlose properly allowing West wind off coast in. Bed mattress had little support and duvet was stained and marked. Not wasting time going on. Corridors not cleaned and had debris left for 3 days i was there. AVOID. They want to charge you to park in their car park and the pool facilities you also have to pay for.

Room was warm and adequate. Beds comfy. Staff are helpful and pleasant. No soap in the dispenser, dust and fluff on the skirting boards. Evening meal was reasonable. Breakfast was dire! Never had a breakfast were everything in the plate tasted off. I think Norbreck cook with WD40. Even the milk tasted weird. And the tea bags taste like they contain sawdust. Would stay there again, but we will be in Wetherspoons for breakfast.

The hotel is run down and dirty, well in need of a lick of paint and a deep clean. In my room, the bathroom bin contained used tampons, and there was dirt and grime on every surface. The mattress and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The staff seemed constantly to complain about the state of the hotel and how everything was falling apart. The worst part of the visit was that it wasn't even Halloween, yet there were Christmas decorations and Christmas music constantly playing. Would advise anyone thinking of staying here to think twice.

Yes it was great Alot better then what I expected. after reading some reviews lovely breakfast and prices at the bar not bad at all.room was lovely and warm and clean a bit dated but that doesn't worry me.and the was alot more there then I expected parking £3 a night or free with a blue badge you MUST register your car at reception.or a fine in the post ANPR as you drive in and out tram and bus stop just outside to Fleetwood/ Blackpool would I go again YES

We were shocked at the hotel, was not the same place you show on your website. Not a single of the photos on the website were not like the actual hotel. I suggest you go and have a look at the HOTEL it’s well passed past it’s best.

Unfortunately not so good, we’ve stayed here couple of times before been ok. This time,Day 1 We’d checked in online but had to stand in line to check in once we arrivedAnd no tv remote.Day 2 found no soap/ body wash in dispenser. Night 3 noise night, upstairs moving furniture around all hours. Next door room poorly child coughing & crying all night. Then the most exciting night 4, Woke at 3am to warm water pouring though bathroom ceiling. No working phone in room.So had to move rooms. Apparently the heating system. As yet we’ve had no recompense. However breakfast nice as always and beds comfortable.

Room had stains on the wall. The hotel generally is outdated and requires serious renovation works. It looks like they’ve tried to freshen up with a paint job in recent years but it’s had the effect of trying to polish a turd.
