Room was dated but clean and very spacious. Hotel itself is big my children enjoyed staying here. Lady on reception was very helpful for check in and when we asked questions. We also managed to get a later check out with price being very reasonable. We didnt get breakfast as hotel was too busy.

The room itself was extremely clean and warm the downfall is you hear absolutely everything going on outside the rooms in the hallways and other rooms and we were woken up by all the fire alarms at 2:30am and the hotel guys couldn’t turn it off so it was going off for half an hour, so that’s it I was awake from then and couldn’t get back to sleep, I think we should of been offered some kind of compensation but we didn’t even get an apology

The staff are a credit to the hotel. I found them helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded to the president suite room 128 i would highly recommend for families. Even though the room was a little dated it was clean and tidy. Have already rebooked for our next break

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel is just old and very dated. Needs money spending on it. Overall we had a great stay. Blackpool is full- on abd you're really only in the room to sleep. Room was a generous size, plenty of room for me and 2 kids. Bathroom could have been cleaner

My stay at Norbreck was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my room was spotless and comfortable with a great view. The location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend for a great experience!
