Honestly i have never been to a hotel where the staff really care about you and your experience. Any questions or requests you have they are happy to help. Had a great time there cant wait to go back next year

Room was a good size for number of people. Beds comfortable Loud humming noise made it hard to sleep. Only allowed 1 key Bathroom door handle came off in my hand. Breakfast had the worst veggie sausage ever seen.

We booked a family room to stay for one night it was clean but needs a fresh coat of paint and also needs extra plug sockets so you've got somewhere to charge a device and plug a hair dryer in the beds for comfortable had a good night sleep

Overall a lovely setting however a few issues were in our room. There was no cold water in the sink and the blind in the bedroom was broke in parts. However the bed was comfy and the refreshments were good. An overall lovely stay at the setting . We will be more than happy to stay again when we return to Blackpool
