The staff were very friendly and helpful. Suite 1 was perfect for our family. Just one thing after a shower we could smell the drains. We reported it straight away and reception said they would fix it while we was out.

The rooms they advertise on their website is not what is on the ground. The shower cubicle was very small that one cannot bend while having a shower too small space. The toilet as well.No bedside tables, no wardrobe. The room itself is like a lodging. No wifi staff kept giving excuses about it being weak. Our room was not cleaned they whole of our stay period. Breakfast was good.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! The room was satisfactory for myself, daughter and 2 granddaughters-not fancy but comfortable - and we had a sea view, which was great 😊 The shower was nice and hot and was fine for us. We loved having the pool available to book for just us… definite bonus! The breakfast was good and plentiful. Oh, and the hotel is right near the beach and North Pier! Will definitely go back! Thank you!

The hotel is very run down, needs a great deal of maintenance. The room its self was very dirty, the window was broken and had brown stains on it. The window sill had cigarette ash all over it and there was someone's dirty toe nail on the room floor. Paid £173 for 2 nights, absolute robbery 😡
