「Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. 「Overall we really liked the property. But there are certainly things they can do to improve the overall experience. The pull out bed was essentially useless because the mattress was completely shot. The springs were protruding through the mattress and it was extremely uncomfortable. One of the least expensive upgrades they could make would be to make sure that the tv's are smart tv's so you can stream shows. 「This hotel is a little gem in Isla Verde. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the beautiful and popular Isla Verde Beach, as well as many restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. 8 minutes to the airport.
