「Absolutely loved our stay at Charleston Creek Inn. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast had all the basic things, eggs, bagels, etc. The coffee was great! Which is unusual for an average hotel, I don't normally drink it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with the hotel, if we ever come back to Charleston I would stay here again without hesitation.」

「This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room. We loved being able to walk around the property with our small child. I would come back anytime.」

「Great Location, Room was not very clean, floor was very dirty, we had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies to clean it. The air condtioner made weird noises and there was no ventalation in the bathroom so after showers everything was soaking wet. The elevator could take up to 5 mins to get to our floor. The lobby and Pinkys was very nice and the spot on the beach and views were great. 」

「It could be nice but it is in sad need of updating. We had a suite on the 14th floor for 4 nights. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked. Everything about the space screamed cheap. It was furnished with low end Ikea-like furniture. The kitchen was furnished with a coffee maker and a frig. No microwave. No paper towels. Regarding the bathroom: that was the worst single ply toilet paper I have ever experienced. The tub had a grab bar but it is in the wrong place. The shower curtain rod bends down so the...

「The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The pastry which was dry, cold and had tiny bits of sausage was terrible. Paying $350-400 per night we expected better. But the biggest irritation was seeing a $2800 charge on my credit card. The room was $1388 for 4 night. It took 3 people at the hotel to get an explanation. The explanation made no sense. It was to insure that extras would be paid!!!! We travel 100 days a year for many years. This was not only a first but nobody had a good...

「VERY outdated!! Holes in the walls walking to the room, our door to the room has a large gap in it and you could see straight into our room even though it was locked. Carpet was stained, comforter had orange stains on it, the smallest bathroom and enclosed shower ever! Very outdated and rusted around shower door. Door to bathroom is only a hide away door. I don’t recommend if you want to feel comfortable. 」
