「There was no hot water they charged me twice for my room breakfast was the worst I ever had it looked like it hasn't been vacuumed since the hotel was built the air conditioner didn't work the maintenance guy said it was our fault we made it freeze up the trim piece fell off the wall 」

「The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready. 」
