「Staff was great. Had a balcony room. The light shown into the room the ENTIRE night. When asking staff how to turn off the light, they said they couldn’t. Super nice man, offered us “clear tape” to try to secure the curtain to the wall to help dampen the light. The property isn’t really super clean and restored for the price. 「This used to be the cleanest place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is definitely not what it used to be. Pool is not well maintained , curtains are broken and hard to close. The body wash in the shower was empty. There was only 6 channels on the tv and they were mostly sports channels. Very disappointed in what this place has become.」

What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor.
